Hot Dog Guy!

Before all the fancy food trucks that are popping up around town (Senor Roys, Cafe de Wheels) there was the original food-on-the-street guy - the hot dog guy! There's one always perched on 4th between Elm & Plum and I've smelled the goods many many times. He's right near the Scientology place...

Today - I finally stopped. His name is Tracy and he's got brats, metts, sausage and hot dogs - all ranging from $2-$4 and you can add chips & drink as well (can or bottle).

I went for a polish sausage with grilled onions, ketchup, relish and mustard. He even pokes holes in the sausage so it gets that puckered up look.

MMMMMMMMtasty! It was good - and a well-spent $3 although he forgot my relish. Still - for $3 - I'm not complaining.

Why Should You Go? Well if you've only got $3 in your pocket/purse like I did today - it's a decent quick lunch. Good for you? No. But hey - I'm not hungry.
