Today though - it's a giveaway for Ingredients in downtown Cincinnati!
This was actually one of the first reviews I ever did - before I took pictures even! So long ago! (over 2 years!) Admittedly - we didn't love everything. But I went back many times...
While working downtown, Ingredients became a staple. Why? Convenience and quality. If you're not familiar with them, they're located in the Westin lobby, open from 6a-6p and basically have 3 options:
* pizza - really big and definitely tasty!
* sandwiches - didn't really ever try these because I like the other options so much
* salad - the line from hell! Great "make your own" salad with so many options!
I tended to get the pizza - mainly because the salad line was sooo long. But really - the salad was my favorite. You stood in line then you had so many decisions to make! (menu here) For those trying to eat healthy - it's a great option because they had a lot of fat-free options to choose from.
So why a giveaway? They will be serving their ONE-MILLIONTH CUSTOMER this week. Fun fact - they have sold nearly 300,000 salads in the past four years - wow - that's just crazy! Something else I didn't know is that they also have breakfast items! Nice...

I love Ingredients build-your-own-salads! I always get spinach with black beans, peas, craisins and mozzarella cheese with one scoop of raspberry dressing. Yum! I also love their pizzas and sandwiches too!
I try not to go there as often as I do (aim to brown bag it) but I always get a mixed greens salad with cranberries, tomato, red onion, corn, black beans, tofu and 1,000 Island dressing. I normally grab one of their cute little french breads at checkout too.
I'm a frequent visitor and was so excited that they started a breakfast menu! I have tried it and the veggie and egg white panini is my favorite. You should go! I'd love to read your review!

I get the mixed greens with egg, parmesan, asparagus, cranberries, croutons and roasted garlic vinagrette. YUM!

The paninis are really good. I have tried the pizza, paninis and the pre-made salads. I also like that you can grab hard-boiled eggs, veggies and dip, and other stuff!!

I haven't been there in far too long, but when I do go I usually get a salad with romaine, artichoke, cucumber, roasted pepper, tomato, feta, tofu and balsamic vinaigrette. For breakfast, I'd love to try the egg white and grilled vegetable panini. Sounds delicious!(@missprint95)
I seriously go to Ingredients at least 2-3 times a week! I love it! I was even there today and saw the one millionth customer celebration at 11:30. My favorites are the pepperoni pizza and the dijon chicken salad.. delicious! (And, I agree that salad line is ridiculous.)

OK, I will wait in that awful salad line. It's worth it. I get the Asian or Oriental salad--whatever they call it. With those super yummy fried crunchy things on top! DELISH!
