What Can I Make for Dinner? Weekly Meal Plan


What Can I Make Tonight? Weekly Meal Plan - Every day around 4pm - I say "What can I make tonight?" Well - now - I'm giving myself a head start! Every Sunday, I'll share with you a quick and easy recipe for everyday of the week. Main dishes, side dishes and desserts! Something for everyone on this meal plan!


One thing I find frustrating is so many recipes are for a HERD of people! I'm going to share recipes that can be scaled down for 1-2 people. So if the recipes calls for 4 chicken breasts - cut it in half! Even if you're cooking for one - you can have dinner one night and lunch the next day! 



Besides my own favorites, I'm going to share some of my favorites from other bloggers too! I know I'm amazing - but there's a lot of amazing bloggers out there!

To cut this down - just use 1/4 or 1/2 pound of ground beef and the tiny roll of crescents - or make the full recipe and freeze for quick lunches on the go!

When I make quiche - I have it for dinner one night - and then breakfast the rest of the week! I love it! 


Friday

Saturday




Cut this one in half if you're making for 1-2.




Hey - we all need dessert! Make it and share with friends or coworkers!

This is a great one for leftovers - it's even better the next day!
