What Can I Make for Dinner? Weekly Meal Plan

What Can I Make Tonight? Weekly Meal Plan - Every day around 4pm - I say "What can I make tonight?" Well - now - I'm giving myself a head start! Every Sunday, I'll share with you a quick and easy recipe for everyday of the week. 

I love this week's meals! There's an amazing potato & sausage chowder that is so freakin easy!!! (chop chop slow cook done!) and delicious cornbread to go with it! Plus a no-bake dessert and something new - a restaurant reco - cuz who are we kidding - I don't cook 7 days a week?! bhahhaah Enjoy!

Of course - I used Shipt yesterday for my groceries! I got a dog frisbee along with my groceries - woohoo! I did my shopping while my hair got colored then they were delivered a couple hours later! No waiting in lines, hauling crap to my car - none of it! You can sign up for Shipt here!  There's a small annual fee and then you get all orders over $35 delivered free! This is a copycat of Skyline Chili's Greek Spaghetti with Salmon on top - I love it. I make it once a week all winter! 

Nothing goes better with pasta than crescent rolls - Plain Chicken jazzes them up a bit and makes them even better!


This uses WW points from a few iterations back but it's such a warm and comforting dish - perfect for this cold weather! 


Here's the deal - I eat out at least once a week! So I'm going to add a restaurant reco and this is an amazing one. They have flights of biscuits & gravy and that crazy ass sandwich you see here! Nuff said! 

After eating out - you might as well have dessert at home. ;-)

This is so delicious - I mean - it's steak! but the pasta is great too and it was sort of born out of "uh - what's in my fridge?"! My favorite kind of meal! 


Okay - I cheated on this one. I made it yesterday! It's a perfect Saturday meal! It's super quick and easy and goes in the crock pot for a few hours. OMG so good! 

And - what better to go with soup than corn bread? This one happens to be dairy free and still delicious. And yes - I still slathered it with butter. 


I'm changing it up and giving you a brunch recipe! It's so good!
