What Can I Make for Dinner #14

What Can I Make for Dinner? Weekly Meal Plan

It's Christmas Week!!!! Honestly - I'm not the hugest fan this year - it's been a rough year. But my Mom is arriving today and we're going to do our best to get in the spirit! That said - I've got some fun holiday recipes and some easy recipes since we'll all be tired from family and shopping and eating!

Saturday - I kept seeing post after post saying - ugh the stores are PACKED! Guess what? I was in my PJs all day! My grocery shopping was done online and delivered to my door with Shipt. You can sign up for Shipt here!  There's a small annual fee and then you get all orders over $35 delivered free! I haven't been to the grocery store since April 2017! Woohoo!

Monday - Christmas Eve

You're most likely going to have ham or turkey for Christmas Day but some families are all about the Christmas Eve! So have a delicious (and 3 ingredient) roast beef dinner!

What a fun holiday drink! it's cold outside and everybody wants something warm while they cozy up around the fire. This Christmas Tea fits the bill! (And it's good on Christmas morning too!)

Tuesday - Christmas Day!

You probably already know what you're making for Christmas - so I wanted to share my super simple quiche recipe because you might not be thinking about breakfast. This is a great way to get up - pop this in the oven - open presents and enjoy breakfast after!

Wednesday

Everybody always has leftover turkey and here's a great way to take a super simple casserole you love and use up that turkey. The recipe calls for chicken - but it's an easy swap. This is perfection in comfort food!

This salad is a great compliment to the turkey casserole. That casserole is all comfort - but it's crying out for a light crisp salad and this is perfection!

Pulled pork in the instant pot is pretty much perfection every time - but this recipe is the best! The nice thing is - pulled pork is a great base! Eat it on it's own with a little bbq sauce, throw it on a bun or throw it on a baked potato!

Friday

I love copycat recipes and Freddy's is one of my favorite restaurants here in Milford! This is a copycat recipe of their current special burger. There's only a few more days left to get this burger at Freddy's - so you might as well figure out how to make it at home!

Saturday

This is a great day for parties! It's after Christmas - right before New Years - you're going to want some quick and delicious appetizers! These meatballs are spicy from the buffalo and cool from the ranch - you'll love them!!!

Another classic holiday appetizer dip is Jarlsberg Dip! This recipe is always popular around the holidays and it's tangy, cheesy and crunchy - a can't miss! I like to pair it with thin onion crackers or pita chips!

Sunday

Let's go with another breakfast! We're being decadent until Jan 1 - right? This apple stuffed french toast is made easy with cinnamon swirl bread and apple pie filling!

Enjoy your week!!!
