So not only am I trying to make better food choices - but I even joined a gym this week! I'm taking classes a few days a week to help get some much-needed cardio in. So I have some healthy recipes this week as well as a few indulgent ones - in moderation!!! Enjoy!

Another weekend of rain and SNOWMAGEDDON here in Cincinnati!! I went to the gym then got my hair done and while sitting in my salon chair - I did all my shopping on Shipt! When I got home - my groceries were delivered! It was that easy! You can sign up for Shipt here!  There's a small annual fee and then you get all orders over $35 delivered free! I haven't been to the grocery store since April 2017! Woohoo!

My Dad used to make goulash all the time - and I loved it. So I love it even more when I can find a way to make it healthy! Lots of beans and tomatoes are great for you! 

On a recent trip to the Gulf Shores - we came across these amazing biscuits and couldn't resist making them! And if you're eating healthy with your main - have a biscuit! 


This was a comfort food from my childhood and it's a great weeknight meal for these snowy winter nights! I loved making this one - I need it again this week!


This is such an easy dish - and perfect for a week night dinner!

I had this salad last week at a restaurant and had to make it at home - you'll love it - and it's a perfect side dish for pot roast!!! 
Sometimes the recipe on the can is all you need! My best friend's secret enchiladas that I loved so much - were the recipe on the can!!!! Yum! 


Yeah - put all of my favorite ingredients in one dish and I'm definitely making it!
