What Can I Make for Dinner? Weekly Meal Plan


Let's start 2019 off right! I've got some healthy, some copycat and some fun! I love these recipes and my favorite is the ZERO POINT turkey chili! Even if you're not on Weight Watchers - you'll love this chili - and it's super healthy! Another favorite is the Shrimp Alfredo - it's got a trick to make it SUPER FAST!

Today - I went to the salon and got eyelashes put on (omg - I look fabulous!) Then I went home and made out my grocery list - I've got some really great copycat recipes coming up that I'm making this weekend. Then I took a nap - while Annette did my grocery shopping for me!! Okay - give me a pass on the photos - this was 5 years ago! but the dinner itself is super tasty! It's basically the makings of a cheeseburger stuffed in a biscuit pocket! 


The Cheeseburger Pockets have got your carbs and protein covered but you need veggies. So this broccoli salad fits the bill - especially the bacon/cheddar/ranch combo of the "crack" version from Plain Chicken!

This Shrimp Alfredo has a trick up his sleeve with a quick trick to make it! And you can't go wrong with juicy plump shrimp! 


Wednesday



This turkey chili goes together so quickly and it's all healthy! The best thing is - it makes enough for a couple days of leftovers - and once the flavors meld together - it's even better!



So if you had zero points for dinner - you have room for dessert! So go for it! 
These pork chops - seriously! There's nothing I love more than brown sugar & pineapple!

Here's a great healthy recipe - dinner for under 400 calories! It fits in with those healthy new years resolutions!!!

This Creamy Chicken & Wild Rice Soup was inspired by a now-closed restaurant in downtown Cincinnati. Delicious comfort food!!



These biscuits only have three ingredients and are a perfect combo to dip in your soup!

My good friend Chef Rachel made these empanadas at a party I hosted a few years back and I still am drooling over them!
