I'm not sure about you but I have a 45 minute commute home from work and I cannot fathom cooking a fancy, time-consuming meal by the time I get home. Here's a week of 30 minute meals!

Monday



I love pasta salad and I love pulled pork. Let's put them together and have some yum! (It's great to take for lunch during the week too - eat hot or cold!) 


Tuesday



Grilled Ham & Cheese with Bacon & Tomato
Man I love grilled cheese - but I love it even more when you add bacon and tomato! 

Wednesday



Man oh man - it's my favorite weeknight meal - I've eaten them since I was 5 years old! Love 'em! 

I love my air fryer. This is the first recipe I made in it and I still make it nearly every week! 


Friday



I absolutely love Penn Station and this is one of my favorite sandwiches - a Chicken Teriyaki sandwich - it's warm and melty, salty and delicious! 



This is a quick dessert you can whip up before dinner and pop it in the freezer - then enjoy the treat when dinner is done!


Saturday


I love Greek flavors and this simple dish is light and refreshing - perfect for a quick weeknight meal - and it looks pretty enough to serve to friends!

Sunday



I served this over pasta - but you could go carb-free and just have it with veggies (like the cauliflower below!).

This recipe is blowing up - two ingredients and it's mouth-watering. Bring cauliflower to life!
