Made it slightly healthier by swapping the mayo and sour cream with cottage cheese (blended). So delicious and better for you than the store bought stuff. Bringing this to my next party and keeping around the house to dip veggies in. Thank you!

This recipe is amazing!! My daughter gets mad at me every time I buy the Aldi street corn dip because I eat it all before she gets a chance. Haha! This should make enough for both of us (time will tell). I am so excited that I found frozen roasted corn from Trader Joe’s to use in this so we will be making this frequently I think!! Thanks for a great recipe!!

We love the Aldi street corn dip and we were having company so I wanted to have more than what is in the container from the store because my family can eat the whole container in one seating. I found this recipe and it was a huge hit. I was asked to bring this recipe for the next family gathering. I will be on a hunt to find fire roasted corn for the next batch.
