Im so happy I came across this site! I used a fress tomato but followed everything else as written and well now I need to make another batch! Now if I only had the chicken picado recipe. I miss Carlos O Kellys and now when I go back they redesigned them and not as good.

Tip.. if you aren’t using fresh tomatoes, use petite diced tomatoes.
