OMG! the dressing is just like Panera Bread’s. it’s awesome! this dressing was always my fave because is vinegrey and not oily. Also good for calories! it’s awesome. Thanks so much for posting. It’s my go to recipe for salad dressing and salad.

If you leave the dressing out for a bit on the counter – the olive oil should loosen up. You could also put this in a blender to remix.

Love, love this recipe and super easy to
make. My only question is, how do you store it or is this meant to be eaten right away? I stored mine in a mason jar in the fridge and it looks like the olive oil separated from the vinegar and got super thick and chunky. It would not remix no matter how much I shook the bottle. Any suggestions?
