Yummy recipe. Some things I would change next time to stay truer to the original (in my opinion): reduce lime by 1/2, reduce red pepper flakes by half, double the sugar in the sauce.

Glad you loved it. I use a nutrition calculator but if you’re on specific restrictions – it’s always good to check yourself.

I tasted exactly like The bowl from Panera! I cheated and used microwaveable brown rice/quinoa from a bag. I will definitely be making this again.
