Well not everyone has an air fryer – so the oven is most common way of cooking tots. Also it does make it easier for a whole baking sheet vs having to do it in batches in an air fryer. I do mention the AF for reheating because it’s my favorite tool and a suggestion. Glad you love your air fryer as much as I do!

I understand pre-frying the veggies,etc, BUT using an air fryer makes for crispier Tots & a faster prep.
