Here are the easiest ways: 

* baked chicken - sprinkle with salt &amp; pepper - bake at 350º for 25 minutes - check to be sure it&#039;s 155-160º internal temp and let rest for 5 min 
* rotisserie chicken - you can use a store-bought rotisserie chicken and slice up the cooked chicken breast

You could cook on a skillet but I feel it dries out the chicken breast too much. You could sear the chicken on the skillet for 2 minutes per side and then bake for 20-25 minutes to get the best of both worlds.]]></description>
