I don’t usually leave comments but since there are none here, I decided that I wanted to let you know that I made this today and it was absolutely delicious! At first I wasn’t going to make the vinaigrette (was going to use a dressing I already had in the fridge). I am sooo glad I followed your recipe for salad AND dressing! The only thing I would have added to the salad if I had one was some thin slivers of red onion. I’ve never heard of Maggiano’s Restaurant (probably because the locations are in New Jersey) but very glad I stumbled onto your copycat recipe for this salad. I look forward to trying many more.
