Plentí Yogurt is packed full of goodness and comes in 8 flavors like blueberry, black cherry and vanilla but what makes it different is what’s already mixed in the yogurt! There are whole grain oats, flax & pumpkin seeds mixed in already! (It’s also gluten free.)
This is great for me because I’m not a fan of a lot of whole grain products even though I know they are so good for me. I just don’t like the texture most of the time – but with Plentí from Yoplait – it was great because the texture was just a little crunch in the yogurt and I was distracted by the fruit pieces and fresh fruit flavor.
Plentí is great because it’s fulfilling and gives you energy that lasts! It’s got a 1:1 protein:sugar ratio – so I’m not getting that crazy sugar crash that I get from a lot of breakfasts (oh sorry my sweet Pop Tarts!). And with 12 grams of protein (seriously – I had no idea) – I’m REVVED UP! Plus at only 140 calories – it’s a lot better than those breakfast sandwiches I get – even the light one is 290 calories!
Plus – with Plentí Yogurt – I can either eat it at home or toss it in my bag and nosh on it when I get to work. The high protein makes it great for breakfast or a late afternoon snack – if I’m starting to get a draggy feeling – grab one and by the time I get home…
I’ll even have enough energy left over for these knuckleheads!!! And that’s saying something! These two pups are always bonkers when I get home – so I HAVE to energy left for them!
