You mention boiling the potatoes but dont mention draining them before mixing everything in. Is it safe to assume you do that? Otherwise, how much water should they be boiled in?

Oh you have to try them! The worker shortage and catering has their hours shifting but it is worth the stop! I have lots of faves here in Cinci – so be sure to check those out too! Re: pan size was 9x11ish.

I’m in Cincinnati too but have yet to try Sweets and Meats. We were in Mt. Washington not too long ago but they were closed that day. Just haven’t been back there since. Seeing this recipe makes me want to go NOW! Quick question….what pan size works best? Thanks in advance!
