					<description><![CDATA[Authentic tasting, I previously made similar recipe with twice the horseradish, some lemon juice, no sugar (or honey) more than a splash of hot sauce, and no salt or pepper.  That tasted too hot and bitter.  This recipe is very good.]]></description>
