This is sooooooo good! It will definitely be a permanent rotation for our meal plans. I was hesitant about the sweet chili sauce because only my youngest son and I like spicy food, but it’s hardly spicy at all and everyone enjoyed it. I could only find 8 oz of rice noodles, so I added all the marinade and some extra chili sauce. I also marinated the salmon overnight because that was easiest for me. Next time I want to try chicken instead of salmon and add broccoli!

My husband isn’t a big fan of salmon, but he sure loved this recipe! Such a great and very delicious recipe. Definitely my daughter and I’s new favorite!
