					<description><![CDATA[These potatoes came out awesome. I smoked them with a Turkey Breast using a traeger grill and Bear Mountain Gourmet pellets. I didn&#039;t use a pan,I tossed thyem inside a freezer bag with olive oil and put them on a Grilling Mat. I used Kosher salt, Fresh Rosemary and fresh garlic along with black pepper to taste. Total smoking time was about an hour at 250 degrees.]]></description>

This recipe is more when you&#039;r using the Traeger as a grill vs. smoker. If you&#039;re going at smoking temperature (225) - it would probably take about an hour. A baked potato takes 90 min and these are smaller and in pieces - so I think 60 min would be good.]]></description>
