What Can I Make for Dinner? Weekly Meal Plan

This week I put together some light meals – because we’re all going to be stuffing ourselves on Thanksgiving!!! I also have a clever recipe for your leftovers and a few of my favorite holiday recipes as well – just in case you’re still in the planning mode!

Of course – I used Shipt yesterday for my groceries! This week was a light shopping one for me – I’m going to a friend’s for Thanksgiving and am trying to eat what’s in my freezer before I buy more food. I did my shopping from my couch – and no waiting in lines, hauling crap to my car – none of it! You can sign up for Shipt here!  There’s a small annual fee and then you get all orders over $35 delivered free! I haven’t been to the grocery store since April 2017! Woohoo!

Be sure to tag me on Instagram if you make something from my meal plan! Tag me @foodhussy!

Monday

3 Ingredient Empanadas
This is ridiculously easy – and you can customize them for your family members! (and they’re quick too!)

Tuesday

Super Soup
This soup has lots of power to help your metabolism and tastes amazing! Healthy and comforting – perfect for this cold weather!
(And great reheated for those guests that arrive early!)

Wednesday

Lemon Garlic Shrimp
Let’s face it – you’re going to eat your face off tomorrow. So tonight – just eat a little something to tide you over until the big tryptophan festival tomorrow!

Thursday

Brined Turkey
If you’re looking for a new recipe that’s easy and delicious – here you go!

Cheesy Pimento Broccoli Casserole

I think it’s great to have something new at the table and this recipe is a little different – the kids will be excited about the cheesiness and forget the green stuff!

Crock Pot Stuffing

Okay – If the last recipe was something new – considered this your something old – cuz this recipe is an oldie but a goodie! I make it for every Thanksgiving potluck and it’s ALWAYS the first dish to be emptied!!! Trust me on this one!!

Mom’s Peach Cobbler
What would Thanksgiving be without dessert?! Pull those peaches out of the freezer and serve up a dish of warm peach cobbler. This is my #1 recipe and you won’t be sorry!

Friday

Mom’s Leftover Quiche
So it’s Friday morning – you’ve got leftovers – throw them in a quiche. Have you got some turkey? Green bean casserole? Sweet potatoes?
Throw them all in!!! It’ll be awesome – I promise!

Saturday

Turkey Cranberry Wreath
Yes – we know – you still have leftovers. Here’s another way to use them – I remember the first time I tried a wreath recipe – it was at a Pampered Chef party probably 20 years ago! Still good stuff.

Sunday

4 Minute Pizza Bagels
By Sunday – you’ll be sick of leftovers but too tired from the holiday to cook. Make these quickie pizza bagels and watch the game in peace! 😉

Enjoy your week!!!
