So not only am I trying to make better food choices – but I even joined a gym this week! I’m taking classes a few days a week to help get some much-needed cardio in. So I have some healthy recipes this week as well as a few indulgent ones – in moderation!!! Enjoy!
Another weekend of rain and SNOWMAGEDDON here in Cincinnati!! I went to the gym then got my hair done and while sitting in my salon chair – I did all my shopping on Shipt! When I got home – my groceries were delivered! It was that easy! You can sign up for Shipt here! There’s a small annual fee and then you get all orders over $35 delivered free! I haven’t been to the grocery store since April 2017! Woohoo!
