Smoked Cheesy Potatoes

Traeger Smoked Cheesy Potatoes are the perfect side dish for any family meal. Cheesy Potatoes are easy to make and loaded with frozen hash browns, two kinds of shredded cheese, sour cream, diced onion (for a little crunch) and more!

Ingredients
  

  • 32 oz frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 small yellow onion diced
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup pepper jack cheese shredded
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 20 oz cream of mushroom soup (2 cans)
  • 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Traeger to 250ºF. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch disposable foil pan with non-stick cooking spray
  • In a large bowl, combine frozen hash browns, diced onion, cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, sour cream and cream of mushroom soup. Spread potato mixture into the prepared pan.
    32 oz frozen shredded hash browns, 1 small yellow onion, 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, 1 cup pepper jack cheese, 16 oz sour cream, 20 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • Crush crackers and sprinkle on top of the potatoes and pour melted butter over the top. 
    2 sleeves Ritz crackers, 1 stick butter
  • Place pan uncovered on grill grates. Smoke for 90 minutes at 250º or until golden crisp and bubbly.
