Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb flank steak

Steak Marinade

Instructions
 

  • Prepare marinade by mixing together all ingredients and add to a plastic zipper bag 
    1/3 cup olive oil, 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce, 1 lemon, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp fresh basil, 2 tbsp fresh Italian parsley, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Add flank steak to zipper bag and place in refrigerator for 6-8 hours
    2 lb flank steak
  • Preheat Traeger pellet grill to 225º
  • Remove flank steak from refrigerator and let come to room temperature (about 30 minutes) 
  • Remove from marinade and place flank steak directly on grill grates and smoke for 60 minutes - flip half way through
  • Flank steak is best at medium rare - check steak with meat thermometer and remove steak at 130º internal temp 
  • Always slice flank steak AGAINST the grain and just ENJOY! Serve with any remaining fresh herbs and sliced scallions.
