  • Rinse and pat dry chicken thighs
    1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • In a medium bowl whisk together olive oil, garlic salt, onion powder and Chile powder
    2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp garlic salt, 1 tsp ancho chili powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Add chicken thighs to bowl and coat completely with seasoning
  • Place chicken thighs in air fryer basket 
    Line with parchment paper liner for easier clean up
  • Air fry at 380º for 15 minutes - turning halfway thru - internal temp 165
  • Remove from basket with tongs and serve with fresh parsley
