Air Fryer Potato Slices

Air Fryer Potato Slices are my favorite potato side dish. These little potato coins come out fork tender, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They're a little spicy and perfect on their own or with a side of ranch for dipping!

  • Wash potatoes and pat dry with paper towels or a clean kitchen towel. With a sharp chef's knife, slice the potatoes into even 1/8-1/4 inch thick slices. Too thin and you'll be making potato chips vs slices. 
    4 Yukon Gold potatoes
  • Soak Potatoes in cold water for 15 mins. This will get rid of some of the starch and make the potatoes more crisp. 
  • After 15 minutes, drain potatoes and place in a mixing bowl. 
  • Add olive oil, Lawry’s, paprika, cayenne and cumin to bowl with potatoes. Toss to coat.
    2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp Lawry's seasoning salt, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Pour potato slices into air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes. Open basket and toss potatoes. Air fry 8 minutes more.
  • For crispier potatoes, cook in two batches and cook five minutes longer.  
  • Remove potatoes and serve with your favorite dip or side dish.
