Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen bacon slices

Instructions

  • Lay frozen bacon in one piece in your air fryer basket
    1 lb frozen bacon slices
  • Air fry at 300º for 8 minutes - this is basically thawing the bacon. We use a lower temperature so it doesn't cook the outside pieces more than the inside pieces.
  • Open air fryer basket and, using silicone kitchen tongs, separate all bacon strips into as much of a single layer as you can. Some overlap is fine.
If your air fryer is small, you can remove half of the slices of bacon and cook the bacon in batches.
  • Air fry at 360º for 8-10 mins more until reaches the level of crispiness that you like. There's no need to turn your bacon.
  • Remove bacon slices and lay on paper towels to absorb any excess grease.
