Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cooked chicken roughly chopped
  • 16 oz buffalo wing sauce
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 16 oz cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/3 cup celery finely diced
  • 4 oz blue cheese crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Preheat smoker to 300ºF. Spray baking dish or disposable pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese and half of blue cheese. Stir to combine.  
    4 cups cooked chicken, 16 oz buffalo wing sauce, 16 oz cream cheese, 1 cup Ranch dressing, 16 oz cheddar cheese, 4 oz blue cheese
  • Pour chicken mixture into pan. 
  • Place on smoker for 60 minutes. Open the smoker and stir to combine. 
  • Close the smoker lid and smoke for another 60 minutes. 
  • Remove from smoker. Top with diced celery and remaining blue cheese. 
    1/3 cup celery, 4 oz blue cheese
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
