Air Fryer Broccolini

Air Fryer Broccolini is my favorite vegetable to make. It's tender and goes with everything! Salt, pepper and olive oil is all you need to make Broccolini perfection!

Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz broccolini or baby broccoli
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Rinse broccolini and pat dry with a paper towel. Trim by cutting off the ends of the broccolini stems (about 1/2") and removing any leaves.
    10 oz broccolini or baby broccoli
  • Add broccolini to a large bowl, then add olive oil, salt & pepper. Toss to coat.
    2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • Add broccolini to the Air Fryer basket in a single layer. Close air fryer basket and air fry broccolini at 320º for 8 minutes.
  • Remove from air fryer and serve with a little fresh Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of fresh lemon juice
