This Blackstone French Toast recipe will definitely stand out to your family! This is no ordinary French Toast - because you'll smell and taste vanilla and cinnamon in every bite! So delicious and fluffy - its my favorite!

  • In a large bowl or a shallow dish like a pie plate, whisk together eggs, cream, cinnamon, salt and vanilla
    5 large eggs, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt, 1 tsp Saigon Cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Prep Blackstone by removing cover and turning on heat to medium heat
  • Take bowl of egg mixture, bread and serving platter outside
  • Once griddle is approx 300-325º (using laser thermometer), spray thoroughly with Blackstone Nonstick Spray
  • Dip one slice of bread at a time into egg mixture making sure both sides are coated. Turn bread 2-3 times in egg mixture. 
    8 slices thick white bread
  • Place coated bread slices onto griddle. 
  • After 2 minutes, flip French toast (should be golden brown) with wide metal spatula and cook for 2 minutes more. 
  • Remove from Blackstone and serve with a pat of butter, maple syrup and fresh blueberries.
