Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Scrub sweet potatoes to remove excess dirt. Pat dry with paper towel to remove excess moisture.

  • Using a sharp knife, slice the ends off each sweet potato and cut them into wedges. Combine salt, pepper and cinnamon to make a seasoning blend.

  • Place wedges in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle oil over the wedges and toss to coat them. Sprinkle the spice mixture into the bowl and toss again to coat.

  • Arrange sweet potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure that the wedges are not touching – you may need to cook them in more than one batch.
  • Air fry the seasoned sweet potato wedges at 370º for 8 minute. Flip wedges and cook for another 4 minutes.
  • Remove and serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
