Panera Bread's Green Goddess Salad Dressing is a classic and it's easy to make. This delicious dressing is great on a Cobb salad, as a dressing for a cold pasta salad or a dip for veggies or french fries!

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 oz fresh basil leaves finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp shallot minced
  • 2 tbsp basil pesto
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1.5 tbsp agave syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp coarse sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the vegetables as outlined above (shallot, fresh basil)
    1 oz fresh basil leaves, 2 tbsp shallot
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and liquify. 
    1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 oz fresh basil leaves, 2 tbsp shallot, 2 tbsp basil pesto, 1/4 cup white wine vinegar, 1.5 tbsp agave syrup, 1 tsp dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/8 tsp coarse sea salt, 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • Transfer to a container, cover, and refrigerate.
