Traeger Grilled Vegetables
Using the Traeger to grill vegetables is the easiest summertime side you'll find! Set it and forget it - plus the smoky flavor from the Traeger pellets is delicious!
Preheat Traeger to 350
While Traeger is heating, slice vegetables. Broccoli - cut spears from broccoli, Zucchini - wash outsides and slice into long spears, Peppers - cut into wide strips.
You can also grill corn, carrots, potatoes and asparagus! For carrots and potatoes, make the slices thinner because they are a harder veg
Grill at 350 for 20 minutes or until soft when pierced with fork
