Walking Taco Casserole
It's football season again and I still remember making Walking Tacos at the football game concession stand. But as a grown up - I don't need to hold a bag of chips for dinner so I made this delicious Walking Taco Casserole!

Ingredients

ground pork
1/2
onion
diced

packet
taco seasoning
1/4
cup
water

tbsp
taco sauce
(Ortega is my favorite!)

cup
shredded colby jack cheese
1.5
cups
Frito corn chips
shredded lettuce
diced tomatoes
sour cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
In skillet on medium high heat, brown ground pork and onion
Add taco seasoning and water
Stir until thickened and remove from heat
Spray baking dish with non-stick spray
Spread taco meat into bottom of baking dish
Top with shredded cheese and corn chips
Bake for 20 minutes
Remove from oven and serve with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream
Notes
To reheat, remove lettuce and chips and heat in microwave. Retop with fresh lettuce, chips and sour cream.
