Weight Watchers Meatballs
These Weight Watchers Meatballs are super healthy and range from 0-2 points on Weight Watchers (depending on your plan)! You wouldn't think something like BBQ Meatballs could be healthy! These are great on top of cauliflower rice or straight up with a toothpick and fresh veggies!
Combine all ingredients except bbq sauce in a bowl and mix well
Using a small cookie scoop, scoop out 25-30 meatballs. Form lightly into balls with by hand and set aside.
Air Fryer Instructions: Place meatballs in air fryer and air fry at 375 for 10 minutes
Oven Instructions: Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Place meatballs on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 25 minutes
Pour bbq sauce over cooke meatballs and toss gently
- This brand of sauce has a kick to it - if you'd like it more spicy add in more red pepper flakes or even diced jalapenos
- You can swap out 1/4 cup fresh parsley for the dried parsley if you like
- Using whole eggs will change points value
