These Weight Watchers Meatballs are super healthy but still delicious! You wouldn't think something like BBQ Meatballs could be healthy! We used ground turkey and oats along with garlic and red pepper flakes to make these low points & tasty!
Combine all ingredients except bbq sauce in a bowl and mix well
1 pound extra lean ground turkey breast, 3 tsp Better than Bouillon Beef Base, 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, 2 egg whites, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp dried parsley, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 cup uncooked old fashioned oats
Using a small cookie scoop, scoop out 25-30 meatballs. Form lightly into balls with by hand and set aside.
Air Fryer Instructions: Place meatballs in air fryer and air fry at 375 for 10 minutes
Oven Instructions: Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Place meatballs on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 25 minutes
Pour bbq sauce over cooke meatballs and toss gently
1 cup G Hughes Sweet & Spicy Sugar Free BBQ sauce

This brand of sauce has a kick to it - if you'd like it more spicy add in more red pepper flakes or even diced jalapenos
You can swap out 1/4 cup fresh parsley for the dried parsley if you like
