Air Fryer BBQ Chicken Thighs are a new staple for me! I always love chicken thighs because they're so juicy - and this is so simple. Add a little bbq sauce (sugar free if you're on Weight Watchers like me) and 10 minutes later - you're eating dinner!

  • Place boneless skinless chicken thighs in air fryer - not on top of each other
  • Using a baster, coat chicken thighs with bbq sauce
  • Air fry at 375 for 5 minutes
  • Flip chicken, baste again and air fry additional 5 minutes
