Air Fryer Turkey Breast with Apples & Sage

Making this Air Fryer Turkey Breast will make the holidays SIMPLE!!! And - making it in the air fryer means it's quick too - half the time of making it in the oven! My favorite part of this recipe is the aroma!! When you crack open those spices - it just smells like a holiday dinner!

  • 3 lb boneless turkey breast
  • 1 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
  • 1 tsp ground sage
  • 1 tsp ground thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary crushed
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 apple sliced
  • 1/2 stick butter


  • If needed, preheat air fryer to 325 degrees
  • Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray
  • Mix together dry seasonings
    1 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt, 1 tsp ground sage, 1 tsp ground thyme, 1 tsp dried rosemary, 1 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp black pepper
  • Rub all over all sides of turkey breast and place turkey into casserole dish
    3 lb boneless turkey breast
  • Cut butter into chunks and lay all over turkey
    1/2 stick butter
  • Take sliced apple and place on and around the turkey
    1 apple
  • Air fry for 45 minutes at 325 degrees
  • Temp check to 155-160 degrees - temp will continue to rise as it rests to 165


You can also make it in the oven - bake for 30 minutes per pound. That's why I love the air fryer - HALF THE TIME!
