I made these and they were delicious! I didn’t baste with barbecue sauce, I used butter and crushed garlic! I will definitely make these again!

For Memorial Day, my husband wanted hot dogs. I made these scallops instead. He and I both agreed: WAY better! The bbq sauce was the perfect touch! I added one minute to the bacon, and one extra minute to the scallops, since the bacon seemed a little thick. They were perfectly cooked, with caramelized, crispy bacon. Am adding this recipe to my Awesomeness board. Thank you for the great recipe!

I’ve been making this since i got my air fryer. I make a dipping sauce with real maple syrup and a little dijon mustard. YUMMY!!

Oh yum! I’m definitely making these as an appetizer for the holidays. I wouldn’t have thought to put BBQ sauce on scallops but it sounds so good with the bacon!
