Wasn’t sure about frying hamburgers but this smashburger on the Blackstone recipe was over the top. Everyone loved them especially the crispy edges. Now our go to for burger night!

I didn’t think I would like smash burgers. I received a new Blackstone and decided to try them. I followed the recipe and let me tell you, these are fantastic!! If you didn’t think you will like them, try this recipe. Gives burgers a whole new delicious taste!!
