The Panko breading (I had not heard of) was easy to find. My nephew ate 5 of these at Thanksgiving dinner, and everyone else loved them, too. One MISTAKE I made: I air fried for 5 mins on both sides (to make them darker) and doing that made the eggs a bit solid, like calamari. But they were still great.]]></description>

you might just take the panko and put it in blender and pulse a bit. I really like the texture of panko vs regular breadcrumbs on these eggs.]]></description>
