just made this tonight and doubled it. Took a long while to thicken sauce a little but could be thicker. Also the ratio of sauce to tortellini was way off…I like it saucy but they were swimming. I say double the amount of tortellini and have some bread or something to sop up extra sauce. overall delicious everyone enjoyed it. Will make those above tweeks next time. also add fresh cracked black pepper to add at the table.

I would double the Alfredo sauce and mozzarella and panko….otherwise it was delicious. I couldn’t find the marinade listed in the recipe so I used Webber Garlic and Herb mixed with lemon and it was also delicious.
