I usually make red beans and rice the long traditional way starting with dried beans.
or going to popeys when I need a quick fix.
This is just like popeys, unbelievable. thankyou.

In reply to T. we use beef bacon and will try using the grease from that. Alternatively we will try beef tallow if the beef bacon grease doesn't work out.
