Cottage cheese is not the same as ricotta – it’s chunky and has a completely different flavor. I’m not sure where the whole idea of subbing it for ricotta came into the world – but I don’t do it. If you do and you’re used to it – God speed – but it won’t taste like OG. hahaha and thanks for the love!!!!

I’ve been making this recipe for years and my whole family loves them! The kids always eat it and the leftovers don’t last long. I love the mix of marinara and Alfredo. The bread crumbs are a great touch too. This will always be one of our family meals!
