This is absolutely AMAZING! I typically dont comment on recipes I use but this is an all star recipe. It is LOADED with flavors and textures and it is phenomenal, right down to the broth. The only thing I would recommend is adding at least 3 more cups of broth to the 4 listed. With all the cheese and spinach it soaks up any liquid quick! Other than that I will remake this time and time again!

Everything I love all in one soup. Cheeseburger, macaroni, and I don’t know why but soup is probably my favorite food. I love the mushrooms in this too

Love the macaroni soup. It has been my favorite soup forever. So easy to make, too.
