Air Fryer Gnocchi is such a delicious surprise! You will love these little crunchy pillows of yum - especially when they're tossed in garlic and Parmesan cheese and dipped in your favorite marinara sauce.

  • In a large bowl, toss gnocchi with olive oil, garlic salt and Parmesan cheese until evenly coated
    1 lb shelf stable potato gnocchi, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp garlic salt, 2 tbsp fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • Spread gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 380º for 12 minutes. Open halfway thru and shake to toss gnocchi. Shut air fryer and continue to cook gnocchi.  
  • While gnocchi are cooking, warm marinara in a saucepan or the microwave
    1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • Remove gnocchi when they are golden brown. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with grated parmesan and serve with warmed tomato sauce for dipping
