Chicken Salad Chick Broccoli Salad is my favorite restaurant side dish! It's crunchy, creamy, cheesy and bacon-y! How can you ask for anything better? This make-at-home recipe makes enough for the whole family and is the perfect dish for a potluck!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices bacon cooked & crumbled
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup Duke's mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 6 cups broccoli florets 2 head of broccoli or 24 oz florets
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar grated
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella grated

Instructions
 

  • Cook bacon. Cool and set aside.
  • In a bowl combine the sugar, apple cider vinegar, mayonnaise, salt & pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  • Add the broccoli then stir well.
  • Add cheese and bacon bits. Refrigerate for a few minutes before serving.
