Air Fryer Corn on the Cob in Foil

Air fryer corn on the cob in foil will make this side dish easier! Fresh corn on the cob has that taste of summer and you can make it perfect every time.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears corn on the cob
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Shuck the corn and remove and discard husk and silks. Place each ear of corn in a piece of aluminum foil.  Place 1 tbsp butter in the center of each ear and wrap tightly with a sheet of aluminum foil.

  • Place corn in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 380º for 6 minutes. Turn corn and air fry at 380º for an additional 6 minutes.
  • Remove cooked corn from air fryer but let rest in foil at least 5 minutes before uncovering and serving.
  • Open the foil and using a basting brush, brush the melted butter over the entire ear of corn and sprinkle with salt & pepper. 
    1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper
