Ingredients

Garlic Lemon Pepper Butter

Garnish

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 lemon

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl or plastic zipper bag, add the olive oil, lemon juice, Seasoning salt and Italian seasoning. Mix to combine.
3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tsp Lawry's Seasoning Salt, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Add the shrimp and make sure they're all coated. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Don't marinate longer or the lemon juice will start to "cook" the shrimp.
    1 lb raw shrimp
  • Thread four shrimp onto a wooden or metal skewer and continue with the rest of the shrimp. Cook over medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes each side using tongs to flip the skewers. Shrimp will be opaque when it's done.
You can cook your shrimp in multiple ways:
grill - medium high for 2-3 min each side
non-stick pan or grill pan - spray pan with non-stick cooking spray and heat on medium-high
air fryer - 380º for 3 min on each side
  • In microwave safe dish, melt butter. Remove from microwave and add garlic, lemon juice, parsley and pepper and stir.
4 tbsp salted butter, 2 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp dried parsley, 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • Remove from the heat and serve shrimp skewers over seasoned rice on a serving platter. Serve with melted butter and garnish with lemon wedges and chopped parsley.
2 tbsp fresh parsley, 1/4 lemon
