Dominos Loaded Philly Cheesesteak Tater Tots

The New Dominos Loaded Tater Tots are a new menu item but you can make them at home and they are even more delicious! I went for the Philly Cheese Loaded Tots first - you've got crunchy tater tots topped with shaved steak, cheesy Alfredo sauce, crunchy onions and green pepper slices and then topped with a blend of mozzarella & cheddar cheeses.

Ingredients
  

  • 32 oz tater tots
  • 1 lb Shaved steak
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion sliced, halved, separated
  • 1 green pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 cup alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425º. 
  • On a baking sheet, spread out tater tots in a single layer. Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Remove tots from oven and flip tots. Bake for another 15 minutes.

  • After flipping tots, over high heat, add olive oil to a cast iron skillet. Add in shaved steak in two batches - you don’t want to crowd the skillet. Sear for 2-3 minutes just until pink is gone. Remove and set aside in a bowl.

  • Once steak is done, add fresh green peppers and onion slices to same skillet and saute for 4-5 min until softened. Remove from heat and add to steak.

  • Remove golden brown potato tots from the oven. Pour light layer of Alfredo sauce over tater tots. Spread steak, onions and peppers over top of Alfredo sauce. Lastly, top all tots with shredded cheese. 
    1 cup alfredo sauce, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • Place back in oven for five minutes to melt the cheese. 
  • Remove and serve with a drizzle of ranch.
