Apple Goat Cheese Salad is my favorite side salad for nearly any meal. The crunchy tart green apple is so great with that creamy goat cheese. Plus if you add a grilled chicken breast - you've got a whole meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups mixed spring greens
  • 1 green apple sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Praline pecans
  • 1/3 cup goat cheese crumbles
  • 1/2 cup Vinaigrette dressing

Instructions
 

  • Place greens into large bowl.
    4 cups mixed spring greens
  • Add sliced apple, cranberries and pecans. Toss salad.
    1 green apple, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1/4 cup Praline pecans
  • Top with goat cheese and Vinaigrette and serve.
    1/3 cup goat cheese crumbles, 1/2 cup Vinaigrette dressing
